We serve people in several ways including: counseling and referral, providing security and utility deposits, monthly rent subsidies, and case management. Case management is a vital part of the program. We help each household dvelop goals specific to their own situation. We provide support toward achievement of goals through weekly meetings with a case manager. We believe in our clients and want them to succeed in the goals they have chosen. We treat our clients with respect. This is usually reciprocated, yielding positive results.
