Pro-Pet L.L.C. was formed in 1996 when a group of cooperatives decided to join together and purchase an existing pet food Company. Today we are a company owned by the leading regional cooperatives Growmark, Land O Lakes, Southern States and Tennessee Farmers. We market our primary products under the brand names of PRO-PET Dog and Cat Foods, BIG RED Dog Foods, and LI’L Red Cat Foods in partnership with over 3,000 retail locations located throughout most of the United States. Pro-Pet LLC also manufactures private label pet foods that are marketed under a variety of selected company brand names located throughout the United States.
