Tom Heiberg has more than forty (40) years of experience in professional real estate brokerage, leasing, property management, advising and land/building development activities in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. Tom has been directly responsible and involved in platting of several single – family, townhouse, multiple family and commercial subdivisions containing several hundred lots.Within the last twenty (20) years, Tom has focused much of his energies to expand Land ‘Sake’s services to include commercial development and re-development work that required several disciplines including land assembly, zoning, rezoning, platting and helping coordinate municipal tax increment financing districts to support the project. These developments now house motels, restaurants, shopping centers, senior communities and automotive support facilities.
