Twin Rivers Council for the Arts provides the Greater Mankato community with a “one-stop-shop” for arts and culture information at its headquarters in the Emy Frentz Art Guild, located in the heart of a developing arts and culture district in the Mankato City Center. TRCA serves its members by offering workshops on nonprofit management, and advocates on behalf of its organizations to local municipalities.
